Noble Digital (“Noble Digital,” “we,” “us,” or “I”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and — just as important — what we do not do with it. It applies to nobledigital.tech, related project sites we operate for clients only when we control the data, and communications you send us through our website forms, email, phone, or social media.

If you have questions about this policy, contact Ben Noble at bnoble@nobledigital.tech or 717.975.7933.

Information We Collect

We may collect information you choose to give us, including:

  • Name, business name, email address, phone number, and message details submitted through website contact or quote forms
  • Information you send by email, text, phone, or social media messages/comments when you contact Noble Digital
  • Basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, device type, and pages visited (typically via analytics or hosting logs)
  • Billing and project details needed to deliver web design, hosting, or maintenance services you hire us for

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact us and we will delete it.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide only to:

  • Respond to inquiries and provide quotes
  • Deliver and support the services you request
  • Communicate about projects, invoices, scheduling, and support
  • Improve our website and services
  • Meet legal, security, or accounting obligations when required

We Do Not Sell or Share Your Personal Information

Noble Digital does not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise share your personal information with marketers, lead buyers, data brokers, or unrelated third parties for their advertising or list-building.

That includes contact details you submit through:

  • Any form on nobledigital.tech (contact, quote, newsletter, or similar)
  • Direct messages, lead forms, comment replies, or other contact channels on our social media profiles (including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and similar platforms)
  • Email, phone, or text conversations with Noble Digital

Your name, email, phone number, business details, and message content are treated as confidential business communications. We use them to respond to you and run the work you asked for — not to build or sell contact lists.

Limited Service Providers

We may use trusted tools that process data only to help us operate (for example: website hosting, email, form delivery, payment processing, analytics, or project management). Those providers are only given what they need to perform their function for us, and they are not authorized to use your information for their own marketing.

We may also disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Noble Digital, our clients, or others.

Cookies and Analytics

Our site may use cookies or similar technologies for basic functionality, security, and analytics (for example, to understand which pages are useful). You can control cookies through your browser settings. Analytics helps us improve the site; it is not used to sell your identity to third parties.

Client Project Data

If you hire Noble Digital, we may receive website credentials, content, images, and customer data related to your project. That material is used solely to build, maintain, host, or support your website as agreed. We do not sell client customer lists or reuse client form submissions for Noble Digital marketing.

How Long We Keep Information

We keep inquiry and project records as long as reasonably needed to respond to you, deliver services, maintain business records, and meet legal obligations. You may ask us to delete inquiry information that is not required for an active project or legal retention.

Security

We take reasonable administrative and technical steps to protect information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Choices

You may:

  • Email us to request access to or correction of personal information you provided
  • Ask us to delete inquiry information when we are not legally required to keep it
  • Unsubscribe from marketing emails if we ever send them (transactional project email is separate)

Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights under applicable law. Contact us to make a request.

Third-Party Links and Platforms

Our website or social profiles may link to third-party sites or tools we do not control. Their privacy practices are their own. Once you leave our site or interact with a platform’s native tools, that platform’s policies apply to data it collects directly.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of our website after an update means you acknowledge the revised policy.
