The Challenge
Owner Rebekah Vanartsdalen had tried to build the website herself and found it slow going. The business needed a sophisticated online presence that reflected the elegance it brings to every event, and a DIY site was not going to convey that to couples comparing planners. Event planning clients buy on feeling as much as on facts, and the website had to carry that feeling.

The design leans into atmosphere, but the structure underneath is practical. A gallery-driven layout built on custom post types lets Rebekah add new events and photography herself, keeping the portfolio fresh without a developer on retainer. Blog integration supports planning guides and real-event features that give couples a reason to return, while contact forms and consultation booking options make it easy to start the conversation from any page of the custom WordPress site.

The Result
The project was completed in roughly half the time Rebekah estimated it would have taken on her own, with every design choice explained so she could manage the site confidently after launch.
