Field Service & Job Management

Connect Your Website to CompanyCam

If your crews already take job photos in CompanyCam, those pictures should be able to show up on your website. We help you put real work on the site instead of the same stock photo every other contractor is using.

What CompanyCam Does

CompanyCam is job site photo documentation. Crews snap photos as they work, and the app keeps them with the project, the time, and the place. Roofers, remodelers, restoration companies, and general contractors use it for records, insurance, and settling "what did this look like before."

The unused part is marketing. The photos are already being taken. The website is still running stock imagery. Connecting the two is how the work you already document can appear on the site.

What We Typically Connect

A gallery of real jobs

Selected CompanyCam projects can appear on your site as a gallery, so the portfolio is work you actually did.

The projects you choose

Nothing goes public unless you pick it. Interiors, damage, and anything a customer would not want online stays in CompanyCam.

Before-and-after when you have it

If a project has a clear before and after, we can feature that. We do not invent pairs that are not in the photos.

Photos that do not wreck the page

Phone photos are large. We make sure a gallery does not drag the rest of the site down.

A starting set, not a dump

A handful of your best jobs is enough to launch. You can add more later.

What This Is For

Every contractor site in your market says the same things. Photos of your actual jobs are the part nobody else can copy.

How we connect CompanyCam depends on your plan and what you want on the site. Some accounts have a gallery you can embed. Others need a simpler handoff. We look at what you have and do the basic version that gets real work on the page.

Your crews do not need a new habit. They are already taking the photos. You decide which projects are okay to show.

CompanyCam Integration Questions

Does every photo go on the website?

+

No. You choose which projects are public. Everything else stays in CompanyCam.

Do we need the homeowner's permission?

+

For identifiable properties it is worth having. Many contractors cover it in their contract. We will flag it. The call is yours.

Do we have to keep updating the gallery ourselves?

+

That depends on the setup. Some people add projects as they go. Others hand us a batch and leave it. We will pick the simple path that fits.

We have thousands of photos. Where do we start?

+

With a short list of jobs you are proud of. A small gallery of good work beats dumping everything on the site.
